PACKAGED RACK TOY MINIS

There were countless Wham-O knockoff Minis made in Hong Kong and packaged to sell on toy racks in dime stores in the US.  If you look closely, you can see mold variations, but most retain an amazing resemblance to Wham-O minis, but poorer in quality.
